Customer Success Manager

About Us:

Fieldin is looking for a Customer Success Manager to join our Grower Support team, based out of the Bakersfield area of California. Founded in 2013, our fast-growing agtech company recently opened a new office in the Fresno area, and is expanding our team to meet the needs of today’s high-value crop market. Our award-winning Field Intelligence platform helps growers manage and optimize pesticide applications, harvest activities and other critical field operations. Using our proprietary sensors and mobile-friendly software, Fieldin’s technology seamlessly connects tractors, machinery and in-field sensors to provide managers with actionable data that improves production, transparency and efficiency in the field.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop a thorough understanding of Fieldin products
  • Train customers on Fieldin’s suite of offerings (mobile and desktop), troubleshoot any technical issues they may encounter, and gather feedback from them to inform future product development
  • Produce seasonal summary reports and present findings to our customers
  • Support our sales team with analyses and presentations for pitch meetings
  • Participate in weekly meetings to communicate important activities to internal stakeholders
  • Work closely with our support team in Israel

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of work experience in the agricultural industry
  • Self-starter with high independency but amenable to teamwork
  • Strong interpersonal, oral and written skills
  • Comfortable presenting in front of large groups
  • A degree in a discipline related to plant science or agronomy is preferred
  • Prior experience in a customer service role is preferred
  • Prior experience working in Excel & PowerPoint skills is preferred
  • Prior experience working with Business Intelligence (BI) tools like Tableau, Qlikview is preferred
  • Prior experience with Geographic Information Systems (GIS) is preferred
  • Fluency in Spanish is preferred
  • This position requires travel; you must be willing to drive to customers throughout the Central Valley 2-3 days per week and come into the Fresno, CA office as needed
